I have several 8330 Curves that are used in the US domestically. I have one 8830 Global that is shared when people go overseas. How can switch users in the enterprise manager without deleting the user? Any ideas?

I'm not sure I get the question, but I will guess at the answer.


Use the switch device wizard from your primary to the shared bb. When you are done, wipe the BB with JL_CMDER, but ensure you d/l the OS first.
