Is there a way to select only certain outlook contacts to download to my phone? I really don't want over 300! Also, can I separate my personal from business?
You can categorize contacts as personal or business or any way you choose. Contact entries are very small, typically no more than 200 chars each. I have 946, and the address book only occupies 183k, which isn't even noticeable. Go ahead and sync them all and take advantage of the caller id lookup.
