When I upgrade my z10 to a newer os I always lost all of my data. If I create a back up using BlackBerry Link which one of my files would I get back? Will I get all my apps back? Even the ones installed from snap? Media card data? Or should I remove it when auto loading a new OS? Will the OS be restored?

OS isn't touched. SD card isn't touched. Snap apps will be lost.

All device related data is restored via full backup / restore. BlackBerry World apps, app data, settings, contacts.
