help! I have a company provided bb. I am receiving work and personal emails. I have an icon for personal email, but not one for work email. I can only see it in the message log that shows everything. I have gone into messages, general options, and selected to seperate email and messages, but I can't find a work email icon
i'm getting work emails to one email address in my message log and personal emails to a diff address that is going to an email icon. That being the case, how could I have only one email account?
my business email is going to the msg icon along with call log, sms, and personal email. I have an email icon and personal email goes there. Checked again for a hidden icon. I have a new sms icon, but nothing else has changed
I'm not sure why you don't have an icon for it. Have you're BES administrator send your service books or refresh your connection. In options>advanced>servicebooks you will see two service books for each email account. If not you may need to be taken off and readded to the server.
