My device is a VZW BB Curve 8330. I'm on BIS.

Does anybody know why my device password is invalid at the same time every day for a period of an hour and 30 minutes? Can this be stopped? I went back in and disabled the password for the time being, until I can find out more about this.

I'm am asking again, because I never really got an answer to this. I've had to disable the password for the time being, until I know more about this. It's frustrating and annoying!

That is new one for me.

The only clock sensitive setting I know about is Auto On/Off.

Where is auto on/off located? Couldn't find it in BB Options/Security settings!

options>auto on/off. Don't get too excited though I'm taking a stab in the dark here. I've never seen your problem before.

I found it in the Options as a stand alone option. It is disabled.

Sorry, I got nothing else. If you find a fix be sure to post it for others. Good luck.

That's one that I never heard of before either. Have you tried wiping the device and reloading?

No. Don't want to do that unless absolutely necessary!

If you hear of any fix, drop a reply or post a thread with the fix. Apparentally I'm not the only one. Thought I was the only one with this issue. Thanks for the response.
