People on the other end of the phone tell me that I do not sound clear and are constantly saying, "WHAT?" Is anyone else experiencing this? And if so, what do you suggest? This is my 2nd one (exchanged the first one) and seems to still be having the problem.
Is this happening in the same locations? How many bars of service do you have? Have you tried going through the sound settings to ensure everything is on high? Use the speakerphone and see if the same thing happens.
