So I've figured out a few things: I have gmail set up, split email and sms, changed themes, but I'm having trouble figuring out the following:

1) If I send an e-mail from my gmail account i get a copy of the message on my phone. Is there a way to shut that off?

2) Is there a better (hopefully free?) media player than the one included with my Curve? It's okay but i don't like not having the forward/back controls within the UI

3) Is there a program I can download, or a program on the phone that tells me how many minutes/texts i've used in a given month. I'm on a low text plan and I've been consistently going over, or coming close to it.

Hmm, I think that's it for now, but I'm sure I'll come up with more as I explore the phone more. Thanks for any replies in advance.

2. I think there are a couple alternatives out there. Can't remember the names though.

3. The Verizon site should be able to tell you. There is also a short code you can use I think.
