If I try to get to this site, I get a message that says "Error 503: Service Unavailable" and some kind of explanation saying that the server can't handle my request.

Open your browser, press menu > Options > General. Change the default browser to internet. Save it, close and reopen the browser

And also try a battery pull with the phone on pull out the battery for 30 seconds and put it back in

Are you using your WAP browser or your internet browser

Try clearing your browser cache. Also, in the browser configuration options, make sure your Start Page is not set to "last page viewed."

DUH...if I'd type the right URL it would help...I was typing in "forums.crackberry.com" instead of just "crackberry.com".....

Works fine...sorry for being so dense...
