    I've punched this rollerball till my fingers are numb and I still can't remember how to change the tune for SMS messages. Can someone help me get my head outta my a$$?

    Go to Profiles and scroll to Advanced. Go to the profile you want and scroll down to the item you want to change...walla!

    Don't fret - well all have our @$$ up our heads at one time or another!
