Seeking clarification or assistance... I use BB Desktop Manager to maintain updates and backing up my device.. So, my issue is that the BB Z10 utilizes BB Link.. I was wondering how will I be able to convert over my email inbox and saved emails from my 9930 to my Z10.. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...

Just install BBLink, Connect your Z10 and restore from legacy backup.

Edit: BBLink will recognized your legacy backup. just choose your backup to restore.. that is all but im not sure which stuff it will restore.

There is a switch devices option in Link, haven't tried it myself though, check out Adam's Post:

BB10 can old retrieve emails from their mail box (30 days to forever - depending on the service). I wouldn't be too worried about it!

Hello Fellow BB Users, I've run into a slight issue and had to convert back to my BB 9930. My provider is Verizon and I've had a verizon.net account for 12 years and utilize it all the time.. been on several calls with various support groups that was unable to link my .net account separate from the BB Z10 hub access.. Also, if I added the account to the hub, my mail would not deliver.. So, my Z10 device was returned with disappointment and disgust. Can anyone give some direction or possible issues why and if this issue could be rectified??? Disappointed BB user seeking to upgrade...
