    Hi

    I have a BB 8320 and I have loaded the desk to to it,however some how I have lots my capibility to use word apps the respond I get when I try to use it: please contact your service provider.
    I beleive I have earsed by mistake from the Service book the program
    IPP for BIBS (ippp).
    I also can not accses my Maps, when I try the respond I grt is: Your device is not configured for BIS or BES access Consult your wireless service provider

    can any one help, it feels like I have down graded my BB 8320

    The best thing to do is a re-install of your OS. Do you have the setup disk?
