Hello everybody,

this is Poellez from germany. The Bold is my first blackberry.

I have a question: Is it possible to create an email-account on the device with out the BIS from Blackberry? Is there any software available and/or setting which is checking my - lets say gmail account - every 15 minutes like POP3 or IMAP?

To my knowledge I don't believe there is one.. But my question would be why don't you want to use the BIS for your email?
