I've seen in many different posts I've read where people are talking about pulling their battery in order to solve problems with their phone...I assume this re-sets something on the device...or something like that.
My Question: is this done while the phone is still on, or do you turn it off and pull the battery out?
Sometimes you have to pull the battery while the phone is on, if there is a hard lockup of some kind. Otherwise, I would do a battery pull if you can turn off the phone first.
