    I recently had to exchange my BB 8820 for a warranty issuse but now my Att Nav won't work. I've tried re-downloading it on my new phone but it just keeps saying logging in 99% and does nothing further. Also do I need to resend invites to other BB members on my BB messenger list?

    If you do not have a backup, you may need to re-add them.

    Navigator... you may need to re-provision this on your account. Call customer care and do so. The actually issue might be the login and password fields being incorrect.
