I want to assign a tone to an address book name. I edit the name with the tone , but when they call I get my phone tone Help please

My only other suggestion is to do a battery pull.

have you made sure in your profile that it says "use active profile for all calls except: XXXX XXXX" and you have to make sure that the box is checked for the ringer to be different.

if so, you have to edit the tone in your "faves" profile as well. For some reason, they already have a tone selected for them and then your phone just overrides it all.
