Hi all! I'am a newbie
I've scoured the posts but cound not find anything applicable to my situation so bear with me if this is a repeat. I have a 8130 Pearl with OS v4.3.0.65. I'm runnning vista ultimate with the BB Desktop Manager version v 4.3.0.15 (Aug 15, 2007).
My question is why do I still get this error message when trying to load some programs to my device? I believe I have the lastest version???

No "Additional applications designed for your device were found"

You need to install the device/handheld software for your phone. Your carrier or blackberry.com should have this as a download.

You also need to download and INSTALL the software for the device's OS on your computer. What you have is the DT Manager software.

thx sunkast... but what specifically is that!! I've looked on both sites and couldn't determine what I'm missing. My Device Manager is running, My desktop is running what else is there..doh!

It is the device's operating software. DT manager needs that to communicate with your device.
Give me a minute I'll look.

I have a Curve 8310 from AT&T. I downloaded this file. Will it be ok for my phone since it did not say from AT&T? I am asking because I am trying to install the audible program on my phone from: h**p:// dl.futu .info/ audible/ AudibleRIM .jad
Everytime I try to get this downloaded I get "907 Invalid COD HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error"
Will this file somehow help this?

I have the same problem as you, I'm tryng to download Garmin Mobile and Weatherbug OTA and get 907 Cod invalid.. Internal Server Error... Can someone help? I have Device OS v4.2.2.176.

is the app you are trying to install supported by your device and os version? just a thought

yeah, it is. I actually had Garmin Mobile and Weatherbug on my previous phone exactly like this, My provider sent me this phone under warranty and now I can't install them. Any other suggestions?

If you paid for these apps you may have to have the vendor send you another copy. Just tell them you had to replace the device. Hope this helps.
