    Just bought a Storm. My first fancy phone. The guy at Verizon could not set up my AOL email, after giving him my screename and password. Said I had to something to the settings in my computer. I looked around and can't find anything. Any ideas?

    Have you tried setting up your AOL email via BIS: BlackBerry Internet Service
