I see buy.com has a great deal on 4GB cards, but I have a 2GB on the way. Has anyone filled theirs up yet? I can't imagine needing that much room, but at $23 shipped, it's hard to pass up.

I only have a 2 GB and it is almost full. I have about 400 songs, some pics, and videos on it. I should have originally got a 4GB for more room but it really depends on how much your going to load on it to wether you need a 2 or 4GB.

like garz said, it depends on your use. i don't have a lot on mine. have some wallpaper, pics, ringtones, and about 3 cds of music. when i take pics or videos, i usually transfer them off to make room for more. i have 2gb and it's fine for me. PNY from best buy.

Well if you want to use your Berry for an MP3 or movie player then get the 4 gig.
