I've been reading the forum ad nauseum and posted a few random questions in the last few days so it's high time for an official introduction.
I've been using the 7130e for about a year until I felt the uncontrollable urge to upgrade and ordered the 8830 WE from ebay...
Knowing of this forum while learning my first BlackBerry would have saved me HOURS on the phone with vzw tech support and RIM. I look forward to not doing this again when the new one arrives. The information on this site has really been helpful.
