Yes, i get play with my brother's Z10, and i love it. I love BB10. And i've always loved the sturdiness of curve, the plastic, the clikity clikity sound it makes when you type something. The UI. Almost everything. Every now and then i keep switching in between MotoG and 9220, as it just pulls me. But when i use it nowadays, it simply hangs up. doesn't respond to anything. Battery charges to full in 30 mins, and drains just the same way. And sometimes, it refuses to wake up when i press unlock button, and plays dead. Cannot rely on it anymore.
curve is compact and an ideal phone in every aspect, but i cannot compromise with internet, and camera anymore. I need all of this for college purpose. i was eyeing Q5, but it was way too expensive when i bought moto G.
at that time, Moto G- Rs.14000, and Q5-Rs.20000, everywhere.

Yes, but what they are selling in India is STL1000-1. I've heard it's a weaker variant. Please correct me if i'm wrong.
It looks hot, but also gets hot and drains quickly. And other variants were very expensive

I wouldn't say "weaker variant", it's just that it doesn't support 4G LTE. It actually has a better GPU, meaning it runs games smoother than the other Z10 variants. You can read Kris' article about the Z10STL100-1 posted about 7 months ago:

Actually here's what happened. My brother has the same model which we are discussing. and while doing basic stuff, like calender, sms, bbm, it showed some lag, and was getting hot. We played a 3d intensive game, from android, and it lagged, very much. Then there was a native game, lagged again. I don't know what was happening. A faulty piece maybe? Only game i usually play on my Moto G is 2048. And have uninstalled games like Dead trigger,catapult king, because then my phone becomes a playstation for everyone in my class, and honestly i really dont need them.
I'm not digging Z10 for gaming, it's not my interest, but lag does worries me. And only STL1 is available in India. I hope Q5 gets cheaper quickly

However, the Z3 is coming soon. It'll be launched within 2 months here in India and will probably be priced around the 10000 mark. If budget is an issue, maybe this could be your first BB10 device?

Yes, but the ppi ever since i have switched to moto g, screen clarity has become a big concern for me.
You are right, Q5 is actually looking good on flipkart. 3000 off now. 16990/-
maybe in a few months, i'll see Q5 near 12000 mark. and will make the switch, or will wait for kopi
