Just got my first BB last week, and loving it so far. One problem I seem to be having - the on/off button doesn't seem to work on my used 7250. I can turn it off using the icon, but can't turn it back on with the button.

I have to take the battery out and put it back in to reboot the device. Any ideas??

Does the screen go black? If it does, the BB doesn't turn off completly. Its like a standby mode times two.

No, it doesn't do anything. Doesn't go off, doesn't turn on. Only way to restart is to remove the battery and put it back in.
