Can anyone who uses the Z30 on o2 confirm, does it get OTA OS updates?

I know o2 don't sell the Z30, but the Carphone Warehouse sells them with o2 contracts so that's why I'm asking.

P.S. I know about auto loaders but I don't want my phone wiped every time I update.

If they don't sell the Z30, then they won't authorize software updates on that device. What may be a cheap solution is to buy a sim card of another carrier that carries the Z30, than insert that to get the OTA. (As long as your on WiFi, you shouldn't have to have the SIM Card active)

That's the thing though, they sort of do sell it, because they allow the Carphone warehouse to sell it for them, which is what's made me doubt.

I'm on O2 with a Sim free Z30 and I get all the updates. I don't know if the fact that I also had a Z10 from O2 has anything to do with that.

My wife now has my Z10 (unlocked by O2) on the Virgin network and that also receives all the updates from Virgin with no issues.
