    Bought my Z10 on ebay about 2 months ago. Purchased sim card from local Tmobile store. Phone working fine until a few days ago when Lately I've been getting this message almost daily. A restart will clear it. Running Tmobile 10.1 MR. Contacted Tmobile and they see no issue on their end. Checked imei on their website and it shows ok. Any ideas what might be causing this?

    Tried to attach screen shot but wasn't able from phone. The msg reads : this device is MEP locked. Please contact your service provider.

    This is a somewhat known (within Crackberry) issue with the OS update. Start here, and read the rest of the thread (your thread ) if the suggested solution doesn't work.
