    There was a lot of problems doing it OTA your better off to load the leak of the official.

    Don't download the 10.3.1.1767 problems with it and it broke my phone. No data No Network and My services provider can't fix it. Or there words "There's nothing we can do on our side you have to speak to BlackBerry"

    I'm on the Q10 with 10.3.1.1767 loaded from Sachesi. I don't see any problems with it. The notification issue seems to have been solved as notifications on my phone are quite loud. Maybe i have not discovered issues yet, but nothing is apparent.

    I backed up my 10.2 before I loaded the 10.3. Flawless upgrade but I was ready for a flawless backup restore if there were problems.
    What is your issue with that plan of action? If no back up, why waste 9 hours. Why not do a factory restore to 10.2 ? I dont get posts like this, does the backup and restore scenario not work anymore?

    People load unofficial OSS all the time and don't get this type of issues. I think he loaded the wrong radio file if that is possible!

    Reload the software for your device. That is a radio file issue. Sachesi is available for download and reload OS without loosing everything on your phone.

    I loaded up the official from another carrier, and everything worked fine on my Q10. I make sure it's "production" and not "production beta" or "beta".
