Is anyone else wondering why in the **** they got an "Unlimited" Data Plan with this company? I know they're the new kid on rhe Canadian market, so I'm trying to be understanding, but I don't understand how they can claim to have an "unlimited" data plan that blocks any and all Rich Media (I.E. Youtube). I can't even sign up for a blackberry email (or use my gmail to send emails, I can read them and that's it) because the RIM website doesn't recognize the carrier. I'm feeling really, really frustrated right now. I spent hours on this site combing through information, thinking I must be some kind of Luddite moron for not being able to activate these basic functions. *sigh*

Wow! They just called me this afternoon to let me know that it's all up and running and that they're crediting my account for not being able to use things! Colour me impressed. Virgin never did anything like that in all the years I was with them or Telus, before that. Holy crap!
