Look at the top of this section for "Users on T-Mobile & AT&T......" There is a wealth of information there. I also just got a 9530, unlocked it and now using it on T-Mobile. I updated the os to 5.0.0.328 and have had no issues using it, so far.
Read, read, and read some more! :) Maybe I just got lucky because I just changed a few settings and it works great for me.

Thanks for the info. The software you said to down load will it work with the 5.0 software?
It will work, but it isn't perfect. If you don't mind messing around with things for a few days to get it all set up, then go for it.
