    I found a locked 8900 (t-mobile) that I want to buy. Get it unlocked and use it with us cellular. So my question is will the phone be able to be used with us cellular once it's unlocked?

    T-Mobile is a GSM network and I think US Cell is CDMA. If so, the phone is not compatible with the US Cell network.

    That'a correct, US Cellular is CDMA (No SIM cards), so you will not be able to use the 8900 on their Network.
