Based on TMO's typical behavior, I somehow can't see them participating
in a new launch of the upcoming BB OS7 phone, particularly as it
probably will require BIS and in light of the recent offers to trade in
older BB's - anyone think otherwise?

I doubt any carrier would carry it unfortunately.

I doubt tmo will support BlackBerry unless BlackBerry makes them more money

Maybe BlackBerry will simply sell it directly; thus those that really want it can buy it directly.

Yes, might be good although BB still has the Digital River morons that we would have to deal through -
they are complete a$$ho**s from what's posted in the Z30 forum. AND, TMO would have to support BIS and
I got the impression that they would like nothing better than to get rid of BIS.

If BBRY sells it directly I guess that means some of us will be out of luck as the direct-sale unlocked phones always seem to be missing that critical 1700 band...

Yea I wish BlackBerry would cut ties with digital river. They totally screwed me over and thankfully blackberry made it right with me. I've not heard many good experiences from digital river...

After hearing the news of blackberry cutting the ties with T-mobile now doubt it.
