    My carrier (Bell Mobility) actually offer peak speed of 700 MB/S, but I don't have any device to test it on. My 6S is capped at 300

    I think in rural areas they tend to use the 700 MHz spectrum. It reaches longer distances and penetrate obstacles... however it is limited in bandwidth
