Anyone have any experience with the Wind warranty process? When they say 4-6 weeks am I really without my phone that long? I have a loaner z10, but no point in making it my own if I get my q10 back sooner rather than later.

Depends where it goes. My PlayBook died and that was repaired in 48 hours by BlackBerry, they even sent FedEx to ME to collect it! When my 9900 died, I handed it to O2 and in 3 days got a new 9900 back through the post. Can't complain at any of that really!

PlayBook repairs were ridiculously fast. I'm almost at two weeks for my phone and nothing yet. Definitely not the same service as the PlayBook.

Generally BB repairs take about 2 weeks through WIND, even catastrophic ones . Bear in mind that repairs are carried out by a 3rd party hired by BlackBerry and repair times are entirely up to them.

Two weeks in my case. Just got the call today. I'll go in the morning to get my phone back!
