i have heard about verizon giving you 30 days to return a phone if you dont like it. i have been trying to wait for the tour2 because this 8330 is just too slow for me anymore. my question is if i get the storm2 to hold off until the tour2 comes out will they let me return it free and exchange it for the t2? thanks for the help.

Unless you're inside of the 30 days, they won't let you.

Yeah if it's within 30 days you can exchange it for any phone that you'd like. Even
get a refund as long as you bring the phone back in the condition that it was in
when it was sold to you.

Just be aware that if you do an exchange the phone is subject to a $35 restocking fee.

And since there is not exact date of the T2, you may not get the chance to exchange at all.

You should just hold off until the phone comes out. At this point there is no tentative launch date so you don't know how long it may take. Plus you'll save 35 bucks.

They can do more than one exchange but they make sure to explain to u its a courtesy. And ur 30 days are from the original purchase. They don't start up when u get an exchange

There's no ambiguity, you are allowed one exchange per wfg.

And if you received a second one, it should not have happened or it was an exception. Which I have never seen or asked for. You can't just keep trying devices in the WFG period.

I have definitely seen it done as a courtesy twice for customers I handled. So it does happen. It isn't the norm but it does happen

I'm sure it does, there would have to be a valid reason though.

We had one customer become irate when we informed him it was a courtesy
