    I use VVM heavily on my Classic. Against my better judgment I am experimenting with a priv. Despite the Rogers agent I spoke to assuring me the native vvm in Marshmallow would work, I can't find how to enable it. Please advise.

    Not that. That was always a disaster. Marshmallow has vvm baked into it similar to BB10. Problem is with android, if the service provider opts (as Rogers has) not to support it, they remove the feature altogether from the provider specific version.

    VVM means a few different things to different people, just to be clear are you referring to voicemail to text transcription so you can actually read the message or listen as audio file!?

    And manage voicemail from device without calling in
    Basically have voicemail download to phone, with transcript. And once you listen have it marked as heard in system with synchronization of deletes so deleting message on phone removes from server.
    Advanced features also allow for recording and switching away messages right on phone. This is what we had on bb10 for years, and ios has as well. Android has this baked in, it's what people expect.
