Hey All,

I'm trying to set up my BIS account (with fido)
Im using an unlocked Vodafone Pearl 8100. My FIDO SIM is in it, and the phone seems to be working, but i need to update the service books, and i would like to add a few email accounts.

When attempting to make an account through the FIDO BIS Web Page, using the phone's PIN and IEMI, it is giving me an error that one of the two is the wrong format...

Can anyone help me with this issue...
