Vodafone insurance

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I have lost my phone and am covered by Vodafone insurance. This has happened before and its really easy just to go into the store and get a new one. However i have a Storm and hate it. I want a bold or something different. Does anyone know if one can change their replacement phone to one similarly priced?

I'm guessing you mean vodafone uk?

If you do then things have changed slightly. You no longer get the phone from the store. The insurance company will deliver it via dpd. You are unable to get another phone unless they are out of stock. If they are out of stock they may offer you a like for like. Both the storm and storm2 SHOULD be in stock.

There is a way of changing to a different phone, you need to have the same "problem" 3 times in a row.
