I am also on a Vodafone business contract - have had my bold for about 15 months now (18 month contract is up in March). I checked my account online and it says I am due for an upgrade on Dec 23 (70 days before contract expires) so I guess it does work like a personal contract. I am hoping to upgrade to a bold 9700.
Good to know and great news about it coming early. Not sure I want to stick with the Storm. I've got farmers hands and it's still a bit of a big phone.
