    10.2.1 Released for T-Mobile USA Z10 & Q10 10.2.1 Released for T-Mobile USA Z10 & Q10 |

Users around the United States are seeing the 10.2.1 update push out from the Uncarrier T-mobile. For the 2 devices they support the Z10 and Q10 users can expect to see the update even if you're running the leak already. It will arrive as a smaller update patching files and updating radio and core files for the carrier. Let us know how you like the changes.
On the side of caution it's always best to do a backup before jumping into an install. For those check your updates within app settings and get the update for yourself!

I, myself do not see the update as of yet. I'm already running the leak but desperately want to regain the Wi-Fi Calling feature lost since leaving 10.1 in the dust.

SOME people on T-Mobile have received it. If they were lucky.

Hi, I checked for an update at 8:45 this morning and it was available. OTA update took about an hour (was about to install my first leak before 10.2.1 was officially released) My Z10 is Unlocked and was obtained through the Black Friday Weekend sale. Not sure if WiFi calling is working (I'm on one of the new 'Unlimited' plans and my signal is stellar here in Chicago)

The T-Mobile pages sent by Blaze state that if you on "Other Versions:"

"T-Mobile and BlackBerry will not send you a software update. Devices with non-T-Mobile software versions are out of warranty and do not receive updates."

Can anyone confirm that you can receive the update from TMobile if you are on a 10.2 leak?

There's a poster on the T-mo site who received an update on a stock t-mo branded phone. But not the one shown here: 10.2.1 Released for T-Mobile USA Z10 & Q10 |

    His was 10.2.1.1925.

10.2.1.1925 would be the OS Version. 10.2.1.537 would be the Software Release. They're the same.

wtf? I just received a notification that 10.2.1 is available and POOF....update notification disappears and T-Mobile notifies me that I already have the latest OS installed. Time to insert the Bell SIM card.

Update: rebooted. Notification appears (again), but THIS time I beat the b*stards and I am already downloading. I hope the T-Mobile version isn't crippled.

Addendum: Yep. WiFi calling is showing.

Looked again: Right. Release 10.2.1.537 & OS version 10.2.1.1925. He was having issues with wifi-calling and removed the app. Then this showed up. Put the app back on his phone which he claims is not working.

The guy who is saying he got the update doesn't have the T-Mobile variant. The box should be white and say T-Mobile, his is black and doesn't say T-Mobile.

I have the 1925 (downloaded yesterday) and wife calling has been disabled. I'm using a T-Mobile sim card and picked up the phone directly from blackberry.

I've been checking constantly, both via link and OS. Nothing yet. My son away in college has one bought during the $200 deal around Thanksgiving, but he has more important things to do than update the phone I guess .

BerryFlow article does say: "... there are T-Mobile specific Z10s STL100-3, Sub-Model RFF91LW) these devices are not seeing the 10.2.1 update. However if you own a Z10 STL100-3, Sub model RFK121LW and have an active Tmo SIM you should be seeing the update via Link or OTA to your device."

Been following this thread since yesterday. After checking for the "update" periodically since then I finally called T-Mobile. Talked to someone in tech support and they were sure: T-Mobile USA has not released 10.2.1. The newest release was in September, something like 10.1. something. Haven't checked BlackBerry Link yet. I'll be at work within an hour and I'll see if the update is available through BlackBerry Link. I'll report back then. One last thought. If 10.2.1 was officially released by T-Mobile USA I would think we here at CrackBerry would be all over the news. This thread is bare. Hardly any response. I'm calling foul right now and this as a false alarm. I'm in Denver, CO. as if that matters.

I have an unlocked Z10 STL100-3 Model RFK121LW that I purchased direct from Blackberry in December of 2013. I have service with T-Mobile and I am located in North Carolina. I received a notification yesterday morning on my phone that an update to 10.2.1.537 was available for download and I connnected to BB Link and updated my phone to the 10.2.1.537. After the download completed I noticed that my wifi calling was greyed out and I stopped by a T-Mobile store to ask why. They contacted Tech Support and tech support wanted me to reinstall the update which the tech said would fix my problem with wifi calling. When I got back home I connected to BB Link and started to reload the update but it would only to to 91% and I would get an error message. Contacted BlackberryTech Support and they had me do a screen shot of the error to send to them. T-Mobile says they have not released 10.2.1.537 yet and they dont know how I got notification on my phone that it was available. Blackberry Tech Support is supposed to contact me again within 24 hours. I am attaching a screen shot of my OS.

I've got a RFK121LW with an active T-Mobile sim and I still don't see no updates.
