    does anyone know this- My BB isnt working correctly and I cant seem to fix it... since its kind of important that I have a phone asap... is there any way verizon can turn my service back on to my old phone without me actually having to go into the store since they dont use sim cards?

    You can switch it over on the website just login and do it.

    Failing that, call VZW customer service at 1 800 922 0204 and tell them what you want to do. It's an ESN change.

    The phone part of your BB should be working. It's going to be hard to troubleshoot if there's no service to it.
