Do anyone know if the Blackberry Pearl from verizon is already loaded with the newest os 4.5 software? or do i have to update it?

if you get one now, it should come loaded with the 4.5 os.

Just had to get mine replaced last week. It comes loaded with the newest Verizon OS (4.5.0.77). There is a slightly newer OS that Sprint has released (4.5.0.131). If you do a search there should be posts on how to install that on a Verizon Pearl.

I personally would stick with the .77.

it is the official verizon release, so you should have very limited problems with it. also if you put the sprint OS, you risk voiding the warranty, you will have to wipe the device and reload .77 to have it serviced at verizon anyways.
