My hub & I have been with vzw for 7+yrs-never a prob w/them. If we ever had a prob they ALWAYS made it right regardless of the issue. We currently have 4 of our 5 kids w/phones plus our 2 and I will NEVER go bak to att-we had them a very short time! Vzw is very reliable and cus svc does watever they can to assist their cust with issues they have/had. I love vzw! We also get 23% off primary line and addl 22% for my bb bis plan-culdnt ask for more!
