    I just added an International Calling plan to my acct because I'm going to be traveling next month, and I received an Emal from VZW saying...

    "Stay connected around the world with Verizon Wi-Fi Connect. For a limited time, get unlimited access to select Global Wi-Fi hotspots as part of your Global Plan. Download the Verizon Wi-Fi Connect app from the Android� Play Store or Apple� App Store� on your mobile device or tablet."

    Gee, that's nice. BBW doesn't have the app. Is there any way to get the Android app? Has anyone used this? The local Verizon reps are clueless. They don't even have any BB phones in the store any more.

    you don't need the app. you can connect manually. You have to setup a username ([email protected]) and password.
