Verizon has been great as far as service goes. I am somewhat disappointed in my Storm 1. Now before I get flamed I understand that is not directly Verizon's fault but it is the first device I have used on Verizon. I think my next device be it a BlackBerry or other will help me make a better judgement on Verizon. Coverage is definitely great though.

Verizon has the best coverage. And that is what really matters most. You can get by with one of the other carriers, but once you miss that important call, or drop that important call, you'll kick yourself 10 times, then make the switch.

I know that I get coverage in places others only dream of (like most camping sites I go to).

I am not crazy about that particular BB but as for Verizon, you can't beat them.
I have the Tour. It is a personal choice. But you will love it and the service you will get. Customer Service is superior . Many people make the switch and it is worth every cent. The money Verizon puts into their network surpasses the other carriers.
Verizon wants the best for their customers from voice to data. You will be very pleased. I have been them for a long time. I sold it for over 3 yrs, too.

Been a customer for I think 5 years before that had nextel and t-mo. T-mo has great customer service to make up for there crappy service. Nextel I love the ptt feature. I miss it to trhis day. But I could be on a highway or random street and lose service. I don't like that. I have never lost service w/ vzw. Can't beat that. I have 15 lines w/ them 4 of em blackberries.

I have been customer since July 09---was moved from Alltel--i have been very surprised and pleased with the reception and customer service--- I still want the bold but I don't want to trade great service for a great device with crappy service
