I love that quote from the Verizon guy, "This suit was a distraction."
I didn't expect any less from Verizon. Yep, it's a real big distraction. A big distraction that could hurt your poor multi-million dollar income that you are just struggling to live off of.
Any such suits going on for Roger's...I just got dinged $800.00(4 lines) in ETF's after being with them for over 4 years....Had to go though...the data plan for BB's from Bell was calling me! : )
Too bad there's no judgement on how long Verizon can take to pay that 21 million. There should be judgements to go along with such ruling that state the paying company or individual must pay immidately. Verizon will just draw this out. The case is closed and the settlement will take years if not longer. Shame.
Yea I just saw this on CNN. The question now is what happens now if you want to get out of a contract now or in the future? What are the terms of the settlement??
I dont understand what the suit was all about anyway an ETF is an ETF, i fyou cancel before your contract is over you pay the fee, whats the dispute!!??
