    Verizon has a history of slow OS updates compared with other carriers. I updated two Z30's to 10.3.1.2708 months ago but not every Z30 owner is willing to make their Z30 a DIY device. What the hell is wrong with Verizon? If they read the Z30 reviews on their own web site, they would see that the Z30 is a great device but their abysmal 'support' has to hurt sales. Do they even care?

    I would say now that they have a newer 10.3.x device on board (the Classic,) chances of them pushing out an OTA to even older phones are higher. But at the same time, carriers don't support phones forever. Hell, sometimes they don't even support phones there's no reason to not support (triple negative, I know.)

    The Z30 launched on Verizon...early 2014? It might just get another update. The Q10 and Z10 I really would not expect one for.
