I wish I could join in I am a former indirect verizon employee loved it I had also interviewed 3 yrs with big red was hired but turned it down cause I didn't want the call center I am not a customer service phone person. I am a sales and management person I have always been in retail and retail management, not on phones in front of a computer. I give them a lot of respect I know there are very difficult people out there.

I love Big Red my friends still ask me for advice !
