Are they going to give me a hard time as I am on a corporate account?
Do I have to have the company password to get the unlock code?
We have had a Corp account and I have had this particular # for at least
6 years and its always been current but I know something they wont talk
to you unless you have the "password". The lady who deals with the Verizon
acct on on maternity leave and has said more or less no one should call her unless its a matter of life or death....
Well, I have a bis 8830 and it was listed under my employer so I could not get access to online account info or similar. But it was my Berry and I paid the bills not that they recorded it that way.
But with that, when I called to unlock it, I had no trouble or questions about the account. I called Global said I wanted to unlock and they asked me to input data and read them a number and they provided the code back.
