    i am having major problems unlocking this phone by Sprint. when I get to the point of typing in mep2 nothing happens?What am I doing wrong?please help.

    nothing. What device model are you trying
    to unlock?

    When did you purchase it? It might already be unlocked. I bought mine last friday and it was unlocked. I am using an ATT right now.

    I just got it and yes they did say that it was unlocked but if it is then when I put my tmobile sim in it I get bars but cant make or receive calls but my email received an email saying that I was registered.Maybe I have to click on something?Please help
