I am taking new bb , can any one please tell how to unlock it . Will their be any problem if i sell on ebay after unlcoking it ?

You can call AT&T (as long as it's at&t branded) and ask for the code. If that doesn't work out, HorizonWirelessOnline is a good place to get them at cheap rates and they are very reliable.

Also with the new sim to old phone... yes as long as it's unlocked or branded to the carrier you are using it on.

Yes and there will be no charge if you go through AT&T (or any carrier).
