    Has anyone tried to unlock their phone from Rogers?

    They keep giving me the same 8 digit numbers to unlock the phone but it's not unlocking.

    Has anyone had he same problem? And how many numbers did you receive?

    From doing some research, it looks like they gave me a PUK (personal unblocking code) instead actual unlocking code.

    Hey,

    They may have misunderstood you. A PUK certainly wouldn't help get the phone unlocked, but people do confuse the two (unlocking).

    I'd suggest speaking to them again or getting your codes elsewhere.
