    I have an 8310 for ATT and I was wondering first, if u could point me in the direction of how to unlock it. And second, when it is unlocked can my friend use it on Tmobile?

    I read on another thread that Tmobile users actually could just call in and usually the reps would do it for them, is this also true with AT&T??

    Yes that will work for many customers on both providers. You have to give them a reason for wanting it unlocked, such as taking a trip out of country. Most of the time they come through for you as long as you are a customer in good standing!
