    My guess to the 10.2 question would be 'no,' and it would be because of us TMO users who have to have special OS builds released to accommodate WiFi calling.

    TMOBILE has a history of unlocking handsets if you ask. They email you instructions.

    I'm getting a bit tired of t-mobile not roaming on some ATT towers I see one or twice a year, so I will make it a point to call TMobile customer service and see what they say. I will start another thread on my experience.

    But this phone isn't a TMO build. It's from BlackBerry directly.

    Right...but TMO customers could be buying it. And they (we) require our own OS custom OSes because of WiFi calling. So they would probably not put a generic 10.2 on the phones. At least that's my thinking.

    You think BlackBerry won't put a generic 10.2 on their factory direct phones because of potential interference for the next few months with TMO wifi calling? I'm not saying you're wrong, but I just want to understand what you're saying. I do *hope* you're wrong though!

    As an aside, I plan to use my Z10 as my leaks/beta/sideload device - should be fun!

    I got confirmation when I ordered at about 6pm Friday night. Nothing since. Do they update with a tracking number when they ship. On findmyorder.com, there is not tracking number.

    If anyone received yet, can they answer these questions:

    1. Shipped with 10.2?
    2. Works on TMO LTE bands (I'm pretty sure yes on this one)

    I ordered that same day and mine still remains the same as yours. Maybe they update in the evening? I paid extra for express shipping.
